Our Policy

Please note: Reservations and Rooms are not secured or reserved until the required deposit is made, which can be done via a major debit or credit card. Below is a list of our required deposits per room.
Also note: A minimum of two ( 2-Week-nights per-room is required when making reservations and ( 3-Week-end –Nights when booking).

Our Cancellations Policy

Please note, when canceling a reservations, a 40% deduction of the deposit is subtracted from the deposit, the other 60% is refundable if the cancellation was requested seven (7) days from the date the deposit was made. However, if the cancellation is requested after the Seven (7) Days period the reservations were made, the full deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. Also if you did not call or show-up on the date you were to check-in, the full deposit is non-refundable.

Our Damage Claims & Rights

The Management of B and B in New York, reserved the rights to terminate any reservations deemed necessary if the guest becomes bother to other guest, management or staff members,
Damage or destroy the property or any of the contents, Fixture, fittings or furnishing with in the rooms or on the property. B and B in New York also reserved the rights to take further action deemed necessary to obtain the full cost and all legal fees & charges applied while processing the claims through the COURTS or any Legal Agents acting on the behalf of B and B in New York for such damages to the Fixtures, Fittings, Furnishings or any other items belong to the property of B and B in New York, done or caused by the said guest.
